White Peony is made from very small buds and leaves that are plucked in early spring. Unlike Black and Green Teas, the leaves of the White Tea are immediately steamed and dried, leaving them richer in anioxidents than all other teas. White Tea also contains less caffeine than Black and Green Teas. This price is for a 1/4 pound (which makes 30 - 50 cups).
